Shipping or moving frozen samples is easier with a liquid-nitrogen shipper. Known as vapor shippers, these containers offer a way to keep samples frozen while they move from one location to another. Some containers are for use in the mail, while others can be used for moving samples locally. Each liquid-nitrogen dry shipper offers a place to store the samples safely within an inner chamber, surrounded by liquid nitrogen in an outer chamber. The CBS shippers are designed for the safe transporatioan of biological samples at cryogenic (-150C or colder) temperatures. Manufactured from durable, lightweight aluminum, the shippers use a hydrophobic compound which absorbs the liquid nitrogen to ensure dry, spill-free vapor-phase shipping. A protective sipping carton is also avaialbe. These containers may be used to ship your smaples with "non-hazardous" classifcation throughout the wrold, thus reducing costs and helping to assure sample viability.
